Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Contact Center Sales
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and service air, car, rail, and hotel reservations through
various communication channels
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat
business
Comply with regulations and policies while processing incoming
requests and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a
call center
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
Must have a stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
Successful completion of virtual training class is required
