Job Description:

**Job Summary:** We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team and drive business growth through exceptional client service, relationship building, and team leadership.

Whittingham, a 120-year-old industry leader, is looking for a talented individual to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, servicing existing clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team, training them on our systems and process, and eventually move into the Agency Director role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Service existing client base
  
• Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  
• Supervise team activity and results
  
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  
• Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    **Licensing Requirements:**

    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
      
    • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
      
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
