Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research and Policy Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support policy efforts by tracking and analyzing legislative,
budget, and regulatory actions
Draft policy-relevant documents and participate in coalitions and
legislative meetings
Conduct research literature reviews and assist in developing policy
publications and advocacy materials
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree plus 3-5 years of experience in advocacy or
research, or a bachelor's degree required; master's degree
preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in policy advocacy,
community organizing, or research, preferably in a health-related
field
Familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes at the
federal and/or state level
Commitment to the advancement of racial and health equity among
families with children
Passion for ensuring the healthy development of all young
children
