A company is looking for a Team Lead, Applications
Programmers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather system
requirements and objectives
Lead and mentor technical team members, providing guidance and
support
Deliver technical application support and develop software
enhancements as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
6+ years of experience in software development and system
analysis
Proficiency in .NET programming (C#), T-SQL, JavaScript/jQuery,
HTML/CSS, and SQL Server or Oracle
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or
Waterfall
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
