Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve client needs efficiently by utilizing knowledge base and
maintaining accurate documentation
Manage high volumes of tasks and provide best-in-class service to
clients
Assist clients with onboarding and effectively communicate the use
of client-facing tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field,
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in auction and/or logistics/transportation is
preferred
Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
