Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Navigator to facilitate
admissions for at-risk youth and enhance access to mental health
care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the admissions process for clients, achieving targets for
client intake
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient
admissions
Engage prospective clients and families in a compassionate and
professional manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2+ years of contact-center technology experience
1-2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in client
admissions
At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce or similar CRM
Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental
health context is a plus
