THE TEAMIronworks Hotel is a boutique hotel located near the Keystone Fashion Mall in north Indianapolis and is inspired by America's industrial heritage. The Ironworks Keystone campus is home to some of the area's best restaurants including Provision, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Rize, Sangiovese Ristorante, Blue Sushi Saki & Grill and more The Ironworks Hotel is a place for people to work hard, play hard and come together.
THE PLAYERA guest's first impression of a property is the result of the Guest Services Representative's skills and abilities. You will provide a variety of guest services while working in the lobby or reception areas of the hotel. The position is challenging, varied and offers the opportunity to work flexible hours and to meet new people.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
• Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals
• Handle guests' concerns
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information
• Handle and store luggage
• Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours
• Assist other departments as requiredGHG24Requirements:YOU WILL BE GREAT AT IRONWORKS HOTEL IF
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
  • Effective conflict management and decision making
  • Ability to use a variety of computer applications
  • Knowledge of Opera system
  • Previous experience in customer serviceYOU MUST ALSO HAVEU.S. Work Authorization (required)
