IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking an experienced
Physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in
Muncie, Indiana.This individual will be an exemplar through both a
personal commitment to the highest quality clinical care in their
own daily practice as well as partnering with the non-physician
Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad
framework to implement and improve operations based on patient and
workforce demands, with a focus on driving operational excellence
and fostering growth. This leader will work closely with system
stakeholders and administrative partners in responsibilities that
include all aspects of operations and strategic planning, workforce
development and continuous improvement of team members, and timely
and transparent evaluation and management of quality and
professionalism issues. This leader will show an unwavering
commitment to excellence in education, working to create an
environment that is also compatible with and supportive of the
teaching and research missions of the Indiana University School of
Medicine. Position Details:
--- Physician Leader for Urology, Bariatrics/Medical Weight Loss,
CT/CV Surgery, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics,
Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Wound Care
--- Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of
Medicine
--- Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time
Qualifications:
--- Candidates must be mid-career (5+ years of experience)
--- Candidate must be BC with Fellowship required
--- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in
