Please let me know as soon as you're able if your upcoming fall or winter schedule could permit any capacity of flexible locums or permanent interest Outpatient Primary Care Physician coverage.

COMPENSATION INCENTIVE OFFERED:
-Lucrative pay rate increase to $100.00 per hour.
-You can expect to earn $4000/week & $208,000/year income as an independent contractor.
-Perm interest Physicians would also have a full employment package included.
-For all locums based coverage; any needed travel costs, lodging and logistics are provided. In addition to full medical malpractice and tail insurance.

REQUIREMENT FOR INCENTIVE:
-In order to qualify someone must be able to start between October and November 2015.
-We can use someone as quickly as Monday, October 5th.
-While flexible month-to-month locums coverage can be accepted, we're additionally interested in someone who has a potential interest in long-term or perm placement.

ACCEPTED:
-BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians with Indiana Licensure.
-While Full-scope based interest/experience is not a requirement, it would be a bonus.
-Commitments can be anything from; flexible, month-to-month moonlighting through full-time, temp-to-perm placement.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
-Convenient bankers hours work weeks, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.
-No call, no evenings & no weekends.
-15-20 patients per day, all ages patients.
-Easy to use paper charting.
-Our practice is located within about 1 hour of the popular Chicago metro area offering major attractions.
-Enjoy having a generous work and life balance and a stable work environment.
-On a very rare occasion, maybe once per month, the provider may need to round on a single patient in the area's hospital.
