what makes us Roche. ASPIRE is a multi-year, cross divisional,
global program that will define, design, and deploy the future ERP
solution based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise
technology platforms as the digital backbone of Roche. The program
will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global
business processes by leveraging SAP, Life Science Industry and
Roche best practices. As the ASPIRE SME, for DIA Cross-Functional
Finance, you will be responsible for the support, preparation, and
readiness of the global template and related applications/functions
in the regions. Your role is key to realize the operational
business objectives of the ASPIRE program. You will collaborate
closely across multiple project teams, sites and functions and with
a customer centric mindset. Your business partner and stakeholder
relationships will be key to success.The Opportunity
- Provide input to the central and local team on local business
processes and practices as well as local IT landscape
- Describe current and future processes and solution landscape
and assess impact
- Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of Template
adoption are understood and participate in identifying change
impacts
- Ensure that Template adoption is maximized and work with their
peers to gain commitment and understanding
- Adapt legacy system for ASPIRE, i.e. contribute to change of
legacy interfaced systems
- Contribute to country questionnaire, system impact assessment,
change impact assessment, data scoping, cleansing and migration
including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal
- Identify critical legal requirements, regulatory requirements,
technical gaps, and business critical gaps not covered by the
global solution and define a workaround for business
requirements.
- Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where
required
- Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local
interfaces and reports, DET), prepare and execute Day in a life
simulation
- Act as local change agent when appropriate
- Conduct role mapping, analyze and resolve SOD (Segregation Of
Duties) issues
- Attend TTT (Train the Trainer) and coordinate and deliver local
end user training together with Business and IT SMEs and localize
training materials
- Actively drive and support local pre-deployment and deployment
project phases, especially transition and go-live, plan and track
local close down and ramp up
- Actively support the Ramp Down / Black Out / Ramp Up planning
and execution
- Actively support resolution of hypercare issues after the
go-liveWho You Are
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of functional and project
management work experience; advanced degree is preferred
- Experience working in a large cross-functional team within a
matrixed environment
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in
effective global collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to successfully support multiple streams
of information and activities
- Knowledge in SAP ERP S/4 HANA and experience in large scale SAP
ERP template implementation projects with expertise in multiple
relevant functional areas is a plus
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology preferred
- Enterprise mindset with focus on continuous delivery through
collaboration, and working effectively in multiple teams towards
