Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8a-6p plus on call Outpatient setting Types of Cases: Skin biopsy, steroid injection, and immunizations for pediatrics Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine Must have an active Indiana license Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
